What I collect

When you fill in the preview request form, I receive what you typed: your business name, what your business does, your town, how many pages you're thinking of, and your email address. If you email me, I receive your email.

What I use it for

To build your free preview, send it to you, and reply to your questions. If you become a client, I use your details to build and look after your website. I don't sell your details or share them for advertising.

Who else handles it

• FormSubmit delivers the form on this site to my inbox.
• Gmail is where your messages are received and stored.
• My web host keeps standard visitor logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

Emails from me

I sometimes email local businesses to offer a website preview. Every one of those emails says who I am and how to stop them. If you reply asking me not to contact you again, I won't.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as we're in touch about a website, and client details for as long as I look after your site. Ask at any time and I'll delete what I hold about you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you by emailing chaselent2007@gmail.com.
